In commemoration of the Safer Internet Day 2023 , the Internet Society Ghana Chapter collaborated with us to host a workshop at the Labone Senior High School. With this year's theme being "together for a better internet" students were trained on how to use the internet in a manner that will be safer and better for them.
The workshop saw over two hundred (200) students in attendance, who were keen on learning how to be safe on the internet.
The team at Open Foundation West Africa trained students of the Labone Senior High School on how to contribute on Wikipedia with credible information on the internet using a safe approach.
We acknowledge the Internet Society Ghana Chapter for collaborating with us to empower young students with digital skills. We are open to collaborations like this where we give the opportunity to the youth to be empowered with soft digital skills.
